Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, not smell of body oder, cigarettes, or animal, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at southernpineky@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you an address to ship item/s to, as well as instructions on how to ship. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and candles). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (discounted item above 20% off are final sale) or gift cards. They are FINAL SALE!


Exchanges
If you simply got the wrong sizing or want a different item, we understand but the new item/s shipping to you will require you to pay shipping for them to be shipped to you.


Refunds
We do not issue refunds. If you are unhappy with your item we will give you store credit (via email) to use or allow you to exchange for something different once we have the returned item in our hands. You must pay to have the item shipped back to us as well as to have exchanged item shipped back to you. We are also not responsible for any accidental purchases made. We will no allow refunds on orders that shipping is selected instead of local pickup.
